Positive Self Regard

Positive self regard (PSR) is basically self love. Someone with high positive self regard feels good about themselves. Someone with high PSR has nothing to prove to anyone and no desire for external ego props. Creating positive self regard in young adults is the goal of a proper and healthy socialization process.
